Ana Fernandez is a Spanish actress. Her most recent appearance was Carlota on the Netflix series Cable Girls. Ana Kristina Gasteyer, an American actor and singer, is also a comedian. Her most notable part was that she appeared as a co-host of the NBC sketch-comedy series Saturday Night Live, from the year 1996 to 2002. In the years since, she's been on sitcoms like ABC's Suburgatory The TBS' People of Earth and NBC's American Auto. She also starred on the movie Mean Girls. Gasteyer started out as a singing student studying at Northwestern University, and later decided to focus on theater study when she joined the improv group on campus. She's carried the same attitude through several roles in supporting parts, including Sheila Shay from Suburgatory (as the domineering Sheila Shay) and Karen Grisham in the role of an eccentric agent on Lady Dynamite. Ana Gasteyer finally gets the prominent role she deserves on American Auto. From 1996 to 2002, she was part of The NBC Sketch Comedy Series Saturday Night Live. Since then, she has appeared on such sitcoms as ABC's Suburgatory and TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto and in the feature film Mean Girls.
